Charter Trips

Charter fishing trips typically leave the dock early in the morning at “safe light”. We watch the sunrise on the horizon as we ride out to our destination. On the scenic boat ride through the marsh, witness an abundance of wildlife, including pelicans and other sea birds, alligators, nutria, and many more. Whether fishing in the marsh for redfish, or out in Breton sound for monster trout, our crew works hard to insure that every boat has a successful day on the water.

Every charter fishing trip includes top of the line rods, reels, tackle and live bait [when in season], fish cleaning, and ice.

The only thing you need to bring is a valid fishing license, which can be obtained locally or online from the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.  If you are from out of state, Captain Jakamo can assist you with a temporary charter passenger license.

Don’t forget food and drink, an ice chest to bring fish home, rain gear, and a camera.

Pricing: $1000 (1-3 people)

             $1200 for 4 people

$300 per additional angler up to 6

Please call or email Captain Jakamo today to confirm a date for your trip. A $250 deposit is required to confirm the date. We have a 14-day cancellation policy on all deposits. In the instance where your trip is canceled due to weather, your deposit will be valid for up to one year of the scheduled trip.
